"Soya Chunks Keema Recipe"

This Soya Chunks Recipe is the vegetarian version of chicken or mutton keema where the soya chunks are minced into fine pieces and sauteed.

Soya Chunks Keema / Soya Keema Recipe

Keema is popular among meat lovers and is served as a side dish with Roti / Torlilla. This Soya Chunks Keema can also be served as a side dish with roti / chapati.

This recipe is one of my personal favourite. This is an extremely healthy and protein rich recipe so that is a plus as I am trying to loose some weight. I like to prepare this for my breakfast with a roti as it is so rich in protein and it makes a complete meal.

This recipe is a dry version of keema but feel free to add some more water if you want it to be a gravy.
