Chocolate Whole Wheat Pancake Recipe



These fluffy Chocolate Whole Wheat Pancakes are the perfect way for any chocolate lover to start their day.
In this difficult time of lockdown due to the pandemic staying happy and positive can be really difficult. But you know what? Good food equals to a good mood. Chocolate can really help in boosting our mood as chocolate has some amazing health benefits too.

If you are a chocolate lover just like me this chocolate pancake is the best thing you can have ever. It is like dessert for breakfast.

Ingredients:
  1. Wheat Flour/ All purpose flour: 1 cup
  2. Unsweetened Cocoa powder: 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  3. White or Brown sugar powder: 1/2 cup
  4. Salt: 1/2 tsp
  5. Egg: 1
  6. Melted butter: 2 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk: 3/4 cup
How to make the pancakes?
  1. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients seperately
  2. Combine both the mixtures
  3. Add some milk if needed
  4. Heat up a pan on low flame for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add 2 tbsp of the batter to the pan and let it cook
  6. When you see bubbles on the pancakes flip it
  7. Cook till you feel it is done

You can also make the chocolate syrup at home as follows:
  1. 1 cup of milk
  2. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 1 tsp all purpose flour
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. a pinch of salt
"Mix it all together and cook it on low flame until it thickens to a desired consistency."
